Registration Information


Please read carefully before registering

You can register as a CIT INTERNATIONAL MEMBER, NON-MEMBER or NONMEMBER + CIT MEMBERSHIP Online and pay online or receive an invoice electronically and pay by check.

When registering you can select the following categories

  • CIT International Member
  • Nonmember
  • Nonmember + Membership
  • One Day
  • Workshop Presenter (if selected to present)

Multiple/Group Registrations

You can register multiple people online and obtain a single invoice if you are registering those who are under the same status, such as all Nonmembers, all Nonmember + CIT Membership or all CIT Members (Membership status will be verified). If a membership needs renewal, select Nonmember + Membership. If there is a mixture of statuses and you would like a single invoice for all, please complete group registration by category, select pay by invoice and then send us the list invoices and we will send a single/consolidated invoice. When registering multiple people make sure you register the name, address and email address of each attendee. Do not use the same email for all registrants.

You will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide and this will serve as your receipt. If you select Pay by Invoice you will receive an email with instructions for making payment.

Workshop Presenter Discount

  • Workshop presenters will receive a discount on the conference registration. (See registration table above for amount).
  • Up to four presenters per workshop will receive a discount.
  • Presenters will be provided with a Presenter Registration Code to enter when they receive confirmation of being selected as a presenter. In order to receive the registration discount Workshop Presenters MUST use the Presenter Registration Code.
  • If you register before knowing if you are selected as a presenter, you can request a refund for the difference by contacting

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Registration can be cancelled up to 45 days for a full refund.
  • Registration can be cancelled between 44 - 15 days for refund of 50%
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before the start of the conference will not receive any refund. (Only cancellations due to death in family or serious medical illness will be accepted for a full refund after the cancellation deadline).

NOTE: A $50 process fee will be assessed on cancellations 44 days or less before start of conference.
